  My pricing is based on the size of the space, condition of the home, and type of cleaning requested. I provide clear pricing upfront so customers know what to expect before booking. I also offer recurring-service options and may provide discounts for clients who schedule regular cleanings. Any additional services outside the original request are discussed and priced separately before the work is complete

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  My process is simple: I first learn what the customer needs, the size of the space, and the type of cleaning they want. I provide a clear quote based on the requested service and confirm what is included before scheduling. Once booked, I arrive prepared, complete the agreed-upon cleaning thoroughly, and do a final check before leaving. Any additional services outside the original scope are discussed and priced separately.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have an associate degree in Medical Office Management, which strengthened my organization, communication, and attention-to-detail skills. I also have ServSafe certification and professional workplace experience that has taught me the importance of sanitation, safety, reliability, and following detailed procedures. I bring that same level of care and professionalism to every cleaning job.
