Pricing varies. Frequency and square footage are major factors when it comes to preparing an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we like to meet with a new client prior to scheduling a cleaning. We walk the home, discuss pricing, along with the needs and expectations of the client. The next step would be schedule the cleaning. Then we would ask for a review and schedule any future cleanings if future services are desired.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We both have had jobs in the cleaning industry prior to starting Queens of Kleen. We've worked in housekeeping and laundry in hotels, for other residential cleaning companies, and for commercial cleaning companies as well.
