FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our starting prices for a one-bedroom home are $145 for standard residential cleaning, $225 for deep cleaning, and $275 for move-in/move-out cleaning. Final pricing may vary based on the home's size, condition, and requested services. Eligible first-time customers can save 20% with our Welcome 20 offer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your home, cleaning needs, and preferred schedule. We then confirm the service details and pricing before the appointment. Our cleaners follow service-specific checklists and focus on delivering a thorough, professional clean.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring several years of hands-on hotel housekeeping experience, along with five years of residential and STR cleaning experience. My background has given me practical knowledge of professional cleaning standards, attention to detail, efficient cleaning methods, and maintaining clean, welcoming environments. I founded Sangora Cleaning Company with these standards in mind and work with cleaners who each bring multiple years of cleaning experience. We are committed to providing consistent, thorough service and treating every customer's property with care and respect.
