- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All consultations are free. We o offer referral incentives which includes discounted services on your next project. For larger projects we operate on a 30 - 40 - 30 payment structure; 30% deposit to begin work, 40% due after design conceptualization, and 30% due upon completion of work. For small projects such as painting, wallpapering, decorating we charge by the hour which is due upon completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My Assistant and I will schedule a consultation either in person or virtual for out of area clients, address the spaces, and get to know each other more. We offer a design package for all new clients based on what their needs are which outlines the process, materials, renderings, layout/floorplans, and costs associated to stay in budget. Upon approval, we will schedule a day to begin work. All communication between us and other vendors or contractors will be done accordingly, and if needed. If you are unhappy with how something turned out, please let us know so we can fix it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed an Interior Design program in 2021 through the NY Institute of Art & Design. I also have been a licensed Realtor since 2024 which helps with networking in various industries.
