- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 10% off for emergency responders and veterans. Interiors: I pretty much have base rates for each type of room, that includes minor drywall repairs. Ceilings above 10ft the rate slightly increases. Exteriors: The exterior is measured out and price calculated based on estimated time to complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll walk through with the homeowner and explain in detail what I'll be doing, the process and what to expect as far as how day to day progress will go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been painting for 20 years. I've painted apartments, small and large homes, interior and exterior, stained fences, decks, playsets.
