Matthew was very prompt and courteous. The weather prevented service on the day it was scheduled but he kept in touch with me daily until the weather cleared and the job was complete. Excellent service!

My first time hiring a lawn care service. Search the Internet, this is what folks do in the 21st century versus thumbing through the yellow pages. Went through a 3 days online Q/A. Made the decision to hire Gaylan, especially with the off and on rain spell for about 1.5 weeks. Inquired about the earliest start, told Friday. Gaylan requested demographic info to set up acct. I receive an online booklet to download which included my invoice number and directions to website and online pay. Anyway by 2:30 Friday grass not cut, called and told by Britt " your on the schedule and we cut until sundown. Called back at 8:00, now sundown, grass still not cut. Called again, talked to Adam and informed each time it rains their schedule is behind 2-3 days, but when we get to you and grass is long we will rake and make the yard look nice. Problem is they only mow on specific sides of Indy on certain days of the week which was not disclosed in the original online Q/A. So, called again on Saturday morning, talked to Adam again, once again assured they would take... Well, finally got cut the following Tuesday, and "no" did not take up the rows of grass clumps. So you can imagine how I felt and still feel about a job half done. I didn't want my kids mowing lawn that why I hired a professional. Well, I thought I had.

When looking for a lawn care professional please don't pick on based just on price. Price is important to everyone and there is nothing wrong with getting a fair price, however keep in mind you will get the service that you pay for.
