FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Communication and reviews are key! Those reviews serve a purpose. If a company has consistent reviews where there is small complaints, it generally means there were more issues than just that. We rarely have people that are tough to please. So if a company can not seem to string together many 5 star reviews in a row, I would avoid them.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before you come up with a gameplan, find a mover you trust first. Many of our customers decide to follow our advice after a consultation with us. However, many customers have spent unnecessary money and made plans they can not change by the time they speak with us. Our business has grown so much because we plan your move as if we were moving ourselves. At the end of the move, our customers have tangible proof that we had their best interests in mind. Almost half of our business comes from referrals. An in-home estimate is the best way to get a feel if you are dealing with the right mover. They should always explain in detail why they suggest an additional product or service. An estimator should never be pushy for an order, focus more on bonding with you/family/pets more than investigating the details of your move, and have actual experience moving not just sales training.
