Payment methods accepted
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Lessons are $25.00 per 30 minute lesson or $50.00 per 60 minute lesson. We have a 2 Month Payment Policy for all private lessons (all lessons are customized to meet each individual students needs). *If you cannot afford to pay for the two month pay period, we will put together a monthly payment plan as long as the student and/or parents are willing to strictly abide to the same policies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Call or email us to speak with our office manager about scheduling a trial lesson. Scheduling and payments are handled by our office manager, allowing each instructor to dedicate the entire lesson by focusing on crafting specialized lesson plans based on their students’ needs and abilities. *Bongo Boy Music School DOES NOT have a registration fee for new students.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? What makes a great instructor is their ability to relate to each student. To motivate and inspire, mentor, to help each student learn what they need to know based on what that student wants to learn and what the instructor believes they need to be taught to reach their musical goals. So what is our bottom line when we hire an instructor? We do not hire instructors based on whether or not they have a degree in music. We hire an instructor because we believe in their ability to teach, inspire and pass their knowledge onto each and every student that walks through our doors. We love to see students walk away from each and every lesson excited and inspired to want to practice and come back week after week because they feel the passion and soul of what Bongo Boy Music School and its instructors are about and what we represent.
