Going to the gym can be a little intimidating at first but Final Form has made me love going. Very informative on how to perfect your form and get your body the way you want it. Chris is a very good trainer, down to earth, and really focuses all of his attention on you to make sure you get to your goals. Would definitely recommend if you’ve been considering!

I worked with Chris for approximately 8 months. He helped me (51F) get stronger and more flexible, and he made it fun. His knowledge of muscle groups and what you needed to do exercise-wise to get the results you want was awesome. I enjoyed his personality and humor as well, even when I was hurting!

I wish I could redeem myself in a game of racquetball with you sometime. I don't think I've fully recovered after being beat 3 games in a row.

The gym and working out can be so intimidating!!! Especially for me, I have struggled with my weight, eating right, and exercise since I was young. I avoided the gym, I didn’t want to feel overwhelmed with where to start and frustrated with what I couldn’t do. I started taking control of my health in 2020, and last year I decided I was ready to tackle the gym but I knew I needed extra support, knowledge and encouragement from someone else. I am so glad I found Chris. From day one, he has been nothing short of an amazing Personal Trainer. He has given me awesome feedback and information on how to support my goals outside of our sessions including healthier food choices I can make. I feel stronger, happier and healthier. He continues to push me and I am doing things I never imagined I’d be doing (bear crawls, sprinter jumps, box jumps and even yoga!) There are still many goals I want to reach, but I feel confident that with my hard work and Chris’s knowledge and support, I will not only meet them but surpass them. Thank you Chris!!!!!”

Chris was my trainer from Sept 2021-Dec 2022. I appreciated how his workouts focused on form and function. He was customized my workouts to help me achieve my goals (maintain/gain strength to pass Army fitness test). In addition to knowing his stuff, I enjoyed my conversations with Chris about all sorts of topics. 10/10 would recommend!

Thank you so much Maria! I'm so glad I got to work with you. You're one of the few people who, during the workout, is harder on you than I am! You're also one of the few people who doesn't mind when I'm talking your head off during the set. 😆

Had a great experience working with Chris. He really pushes me to do better everytime. He has a very good plan for me and also make sure what I need to workout on the days we are not meeting. Given a chance I would really love to work with Chris again 😊
