In the time that I’ve worked with Max, I’ve not only lost 64 pounds, 4 pant sizes and 2 shirt sizes, I have gained confidence, experience & most importantly a better life for myself. Max is always there to help no matter what the need is, even if it’s mental health related. He will do whatever it takes to get & keep you healthy mentally, physically & emotionally. Max is incredible at what he does. He truly cares about helping you reach your goals. Training with him has allowed me to accomplish things that I never thought I was even capable of before. He will cheer you on every step of the way and do everything in his power to keep you motivated. His knowledge base and instructional skill is excellent. If you're looking for someone to help you reach your fitness goals, he's 100% your guy.

Max is a great personal trainer! He is dedicated, professional, and very personable. He goes above and beyond to help his clients become the best versions of themselves. He had helped me with my strength and by doing so, has really helped my joint pain!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    After looking in the mirror and being disappointed with myself I decided it was time to make a change. As I began to make progress my friends asked to workout with me. I took several of my friends under my wing and began helping them make progress as well.

    I’ve worked with clients of all ages and experience levels from those who have never exercised to professional athletes!
