During my initial meeting with a new client I ask them about their goals and talk to them about their previous experiences with diet and exercise. I also like to discuss our plan of attack.

A Bachelor's degree in Health and Fitness plus many certificates.

My clients have ranged from professional athletes to men and women wanting to lose weight.
