Reason for inspection
Leo L.Nov 9, 2017Verified
First new home build inspection. Jad was very professional and personable, and he took appropriate time to explain and walk through the entire inspection with me. He was able to spot (and anticipate future) large and small issues. He also arranged to meet me on short notice. Would hire him again (and likely will as the home progresses).Apr 13, 2017Verified

Our experience was great! He took his time to go over everything with us so that we didn't leave with any questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!Aug 16, 2016Verified
We had a home that we are purchasing inspected by Jad. He worked with us to get the inspection done in a timely manner so that we could proceed with the purchase. He was professional and produced a thorough report pointing out what we would need to work on right away. We appreciate his friendliness and willingness to work with our schedule. I would highly recommend Jad.Jul 27, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is based on the square footage of livable space. Typically from $ 250.00 to $ 350.00. Other tests/inspections are additional including WDI, Radon, Water and Septic.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically I meet the customer at the home and we do the inspection together. We start with the exterior of the home and the lots and grounds. I can explain what i find with the siding, trim, roof, swail, foundation etc... We then move into the house and do the same. The client is welcome to go wherever I go, even the crawl space. At the end I answer all their questions. They get a written report within 24 hours and I am available by cell phone to answer additional questions any time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have more than 25 years of home remodeling and repair experience working on family homes, and investment properties. Indiana requires each inspector to pass a licensed Certification Program and the National Home Inspector test, In addition we get 32 hours of Continuing Education every 2 years. And as a WDI inspector we get 6 hours of CE for license renewal.
