- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
◾Pricing is not guaranteed until actual booking has been confirmed. FEES: There will be an individual fee charged in the following instances: ◾Initiation Service fee of $25 paid upon commencement of travel research. ◾Airline ticket processing fees are $25 (domestic) and $35 (international)/ticket when booking flights. ◾Railway ticket processing fees are $25/ticket. ◾Administrative fee of $150 when booking a cruise/chalet/beach house. DISCOUNTS: ◾First-Time Traveler Discount of 10%. ◾Friends and Family Discount of 10%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
◾Schedule time with client to discuss travel details (budget, destination, dates, traveler information, etc.) ◾Collect applicable Airline or Administrative fee ◾Research and send (via email) pricing information, videos, and recommendations to client, including activities/excursions/car rental ◾Speak with client regarding recommendations and selection ◾Collect and process Travel Total ◾Remain available to client throughout travel

I have taken many online classes to specialize in certain travel destinations. I have become a Top Seller and certified as a Monograms Specialist. I continue to educate myself on various vacation destinations so that I can provide the best service to my clients.
