FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand that everyone has a different budget, so I offer four different wedding packages ranging from $700 to $2600, and I'm also open to working with the couple's budget. Giving them a great video that accommodates their budget is more important to me than money. For my corporate clients, it all depends on how much coverage they need, but I usually start around $500 for eight hours of coverage, with an additional charge if editing is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to get to know my clients before we work together! :) Most of my clients are wedding couples, so I love hearing stories about how they met, how the proposal went, and what their general ideas are about their special day. But after exchanging several e-mails and filling out a contract, I usually meet up with my couples at a Starbucks so we can get to know one another and talk about their wedding day. I want them to be comfortable enough to refer to me as "Aaron" on their wedding day instead of "the cameraman."
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Ball State University and a Master's Degree in Film Production from the Academy of Art in San Francisco.
