  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I'm a very reasonable contractor. I know that my pricing is better than most.... I do good quality work and I make sure that my client is happy at the end of the day.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When meeting a new client I listen to them.. who they are and what they want what they need in their home to be happy. I do my best to collaborate with them and find out how to design something according to their needs.... or with my clients that don't really have A specific direction they want to go in.... I think about them a person and what would suit their wants and needs...... Some of them just want me to use my ideas for them altogether. I explained to them my ideas and visions and explain what I see what I can envision for them... And if they're happy with my ideas then we go with those..... look its all about making my clients happy and seeing the smile on their face at the end of the day. I know I've said that for but I'll say it a 100 times because it's the truth it's all about my clients and then being happy with the final result!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    My HVAC certification....aseptic removal.... mold remediation and removal. I was a maintenance supervisor at a 5 no unit property...... We always had fun new projects happening. I grew up doing this work with my father and uncle. I'm passionate about everything I do when it comes to creating designing and working with my clients.
