- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into fitness from the background of bodybuilding and just trying to put on weight and look good. I liked the way I looked but I always felt tired, sore, and my shoulders were so messed up I couldn’t lift 5lbs overhead without sharp pain. I began vigorously researching and learning everything I could to get out of pain. I applied my knowledge to my clients and began to develop my niche for people who just want their body to be strong and capable so they can enjoy their hobbies and life with their family and friends.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients are a balance between everyday people who want to build strength and confidence, experienced athletes/lifters who want to optimize performance, and those struggling with chronic pain and tightness in or out of rehab.
