"Turning a lifelong couch potato into a gym rat is no small feat!
Up until a year ago, I had been a total couch potato; so I was horrified about the prospect of showing myself up in a gym. Josh is incredibly understanding and reassuring. Not that he went easy on me – after a few sessions, I was amazed to see and feel a difference. The sessions are fun, varied and full of ideas for work-outs I can practice in my own time too. One year on from my first session, my energy levels are up, my waist size is down and I feel stronger and healthier than ever before. Got a custom workout plan and went from there. Results week on week. Support and motivation all along the way I have been very impressed by Josh’s passion to help clients, his knowledge, and his ability to connect with his clients.
