- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% discount for LGBTQ+ couples! Basically if your union would have been illegal before 2015, you get 10% off your wedding video! It's only fair, right? Payment plans are available for anyone! Let me know if you need one!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I'm free for your wedding date, we will set up a zoom or phone consultation to go over the details! Once we've got a sense of what video will meet your needs, and a price that works for both of us, I'll send a contract for you to sign (digitally), and and an invoice for the deposit (30% of the total). That holds the date for you, and I'll check back in a month or so before the ceremony date! Delivery comes within 90 days after the ceremony.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in Video Production and Directing theatre! I've been doing freelance work since 2013, and I have been filming weddings since 2018!
