Yes. Every job starts with a free, line-itemized estimate so you know exactly what you are paying for. We take a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and check.

I am a licensed Indiana real estate broker (license RB21000495, licensed since 2021) and have been in real estate since 2005, managing my own rental properties for years. My construction training started in childhood working in my father's custom home building and remodeling business.
