Bryan was very nice to work with. He did a great job on the roof and also completed work that was not on the contract at no charge. His willingness to "go the extra mile and do what it takes" to do a good job was very much appriciated. Considering hiring him again to do another one of my houses. Asking an individual to do additional work in the future should speak as to my satification to his performance.....:)

Brian (the owner) was able to work as our advocate and guided us through the replacement process with our Insurance Company. He was honest and up front about what to expect. The crew was fast and efficient and made sure they left the property in the condition they found it. Overall, Allen Contracting, Inc. provided a quality job at a fair price. We would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. I can provide detailed estimates. I use my own propiatary system as well as xactimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If possible we think it is best to meet in person so we can discuss their needs. Then we discuss options that are best for their price rang and preferences. However, some people are very busy, so we can do a lot over the phone if the situation allows. But I feel it's best to meet in person if possible. We like to answer questions and provide any information we can in order to make our customers comfortable
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a licensed insurance adjuster in 42 states. Xactimate certified. Licensed General contractor.
