- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for how committed my clients are. The more committed/ sessions you schedule with me the more discounted they become.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is the initial assessment/ consultation. I take all my clients through a movement screening. Then give them a sample workout, if they determine it’s a good fit then we move forward! If now I’m always willing to recommend other avenues. My goal is to get people to reach their goals with or without me along for the journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve studied human kinetics at IUPUI, I am a current Masters in Health Administration major at IUPUI, I am an ACE certified personal trainer, former body pump instructor, former 3 sport athlete, I have a cert in pre and post natal exercise, I have a cert in core conditioning, and a cert in strength training for aging populations.
