Broken spring , on a sunday came out in a timely manner, fixed problem and other issues we agreed on quickly, no pressuring, cleaned up and door was working great. Thank you Mike for the great servive i thought was a thing of the past.

Here it is day before Christmas Eve and our tensions spring break on the garage door with the vehicles still inside. Thinking we wont get a repairs until after Christmas we start calling around again this is Sunday when most places ONLY open M-F. They where open and was even able to come that day we called. I was able to open the door with brut strength to get the vehicle out but then we would have to leave it open threw Christmas. Our technician Blaque Kuchel came threw on time and got the job done in less than an hour was around 400$ but to have the garage open and anything stolen would of been crushing over the next week. He was extremely friendly and was able to check fittings and inspected anything that might gotten lose over the 15 years. Happy to have it fixed before I fly out for Christmas. Not leaving a broken door for my mom to lift up and down I'm sure we will be calling Precision again in the future for our friends and family.
