This agent handled the bookings for a trip that I ultimately had to cancel. She laid out contingencies to insure that I would recover as much as possible from my flight and hotel reservations. Also, the total price was very appealing costing far less than I could have found online. The refunds came back today. I was pleased with how everything turned out, and will do business with her again for my next travel plans.

Catrina did a wonderful job putting together the perfect family vaca trip for our family of 6! She listened to our wants and needs and took care to stay within our budget. Catrina presented us with the options available to us for our adventures and she took care of the details. I was able to continue homeschooling the kids and just prep for the trip without having to worry about all the plans and bookings. Our family had a wonderful time!
