This agent handled the bookings for a trip that I ultimately had to cancel. She laid out contingencies to insure that I would recover as much as possible from my flight and hotel reservations. Also, the total price was very appealing costing far less than I could have found online. The refunds came back today. I was pleased with how everything turned out, and will do business with her again for my next travel plans.
