Ingred H. says, "I had a positive experience with Anisa Designs as their communication was top notch and kept me updated as we went through a few revisions. Keep in mind that there is a team and your contact person will update you but they are not the one that is working on the design so even though I spoke with my contact person my design needed to be revised and once I gave a picture of my want it was executed correctly. Also I received my design in different formats but not in the format I needed so I was told to convert it myself with adobe illustrator. Since I outsourced this project as I know nothing about graphic design I would have liked to have received the image in the format I needed to print,so I was disappointed that I was told to convert myself. Other than that it was a positive experience."See more
