Ms. Nicole Lamm was my very first voice teacher. I started taking voice lessons with her at about age 13, and continued for over 5 years, for all of 8th-12th grades. Being at the most beginning stages of singing, Nicole not only introduced me to a genre of music that I never thought I would sing, but that I would easily fall in love with. She brought me from an inexperienced child to a young lady, preparing me and instilling in me musicianship, work ethic and and a passion for classical music, including art song, musical theater and opera. Her teachings are affective for anyone, young or old, beginner or professional. Because of her patience and time spent with me all those years, I have been singing for over 10 and am continuing my studies as an opera singer, a career that began with her and will last a lifetime.

I can't recommend Stevie highly enough. He played a big party we threw without about 200 guests, catered, with bartenders, etc and absolutely nailed it. The crowd was mid 30's through late 40's. He really nailed every genre he performed. His mastery of a spectrum of genres was perfect for the age range of our guests. We asked him to play some classic rock, a lot of 90's and to mix in some pop songs and party classics. He nailed all of them to the point where I have a list of party guests hitting me up for his contact info. One couple even said they want him to play their wedding.

I am the head of the vocal dept. at Hillsdale College in MI. Sadie was an accompanist in my studio for four years. She was always prepared for my singers and spent time outside of lessons to help them and rehearse with them. She is extremely musical and is an excellent sight reader. She has a very affable personality and is very fun to be around. I would recommend her for any accompanying job as well as teaching of younger students. She is relialbe and well versed in much vocal music as well as piano literature. Sometimes she takes on too much and that is the only thing that I would have her work on to better her performance. That was in a college setting which can be very stressful when combined with other studies. In the professional world I don't think that would be a problem. She is a very well rounded musician and would be able to excel in many venues. I recommend her most highly.

One critic described her as "a spell-binding professional who rivets attention with her magnificent, clear and articulate voice". Iva Jean Ambush is a wonderful interpreter of the Great American Song Book. She founded Ambuscade, which is a group of teachers and educators who enjoy the balance of performing and a family life. They have performed at the following: • Mid-Atlantic Jazz Festival • International Association of Jazz Educators Conference • In The Streets Festival • Frederick's 4th of July Celebration (3 years) • The East Coast Jazz Festival • The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and more Ms. Ambush and Ambuscade have covered complete weddings, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing portion, and she has been the mistress of ceremony (MC) for religious ceremonies, weddings, fashion shows, etc. This is a testament to her leadership and versatility. They can perform anything from "Crazy" by Willie Nelson, "Come Sunday" by Duke Ellington to "At Last" by Etta James/Beyonce and everything in between, including some original music! The band's size and instrumentation can be modified to fit your entertainment needs, making Iva Jean Ambush and Ambuscade the ideal band for any event. From a duo to big band, Ambuscade is the best choice.

Billy Caldwell Billy was a truly wonderful part of our wedding. He was so easy to work with. From our first conversation, it was clear that this was a talented guy that we were lucky enough to snag before he hits the big time in the wedding circuit. And then as we continued to get to know him, it became apparent that he is too humble of a guy to turn into that. From the set list, to the cost structure, to his understanding of how important communication is in wedding planning, he exceeded all of our expectations. On the day of, he did all the set-up himself, he played what we asked and he had his finger on the pulse of the evening. Other reviewers mentioned that he has played softer, bluesy music, which he also did at ours, but he can also play stuff that really rocks the house. There was rock, blues, country, classic rock, indie, folk, etc. When the party needed some life, he brought it big time, and when it needed a slow-down, he played just the right thing. This is a guy who has the voice and musical knowledge and talent to play larger functions, or to really bond with a smaller crowd. He played stuff that ranged over four decades. We loved him, our guests loved him, truly he was the man.

Working with Jade Lewis is a truly great experience. She has a certain musical intuition which is something that cannot be trained or taught, and made the recording process a producer's dream. Technically, her tone and vibrato are unlike any other singers that I have worked with and blend so well in any mix, whether a bright, airy pop song or a driving, distorted rock track. I could not recommend Jade as a singer and a collaborator more highly.

Simone is a great musician, and very reliable! For this gig, she played keyboard and accordion on rock and folk tunes, with three other musicians she'd never met before. She was absolutely terrific, including her improvised instrumental interludes. I highly recommend her!

I have known Vicki Golding for over three years in a professional capacity. Her professionalism is exceptional in the various roles she executes. Vocalist, composer, vocal coach and choir master are just a few of the many hats she wears. From classical to classic rock, Vicki is a master of them all. I highly reccomend her and her musical services.

Stephen is an excellent guitar teacher. He has been teaching my teenage son guitar for the past two years. What I like about Stephen is that he is patient yet demanding when it comes to my son's development in guitar. Stephen has given my son the basic foundation for guitar playing, but he's also very creative by providing contemporary and classic rock songs for learning different chord patterns and solos that my son likes. We will continue to have Stephen as our go-to guitar teacher, and when my other kids want to learn guitar, I will hire him as a private teacher. Highly recommended!

I am a former studio player from L.A. (Hollywood). I've been teaching all my life and come from a large family of musicians and music teachers. I perform regularly at local nightclubs and various private functions. If you hear me play, you will want me to show you how I do it!
