I gave them the opportunity on three occasions to clean my home and office correctly. The first visit started with an apology from the owner that they weren't sure how well I wanted my home cleaned and to please give them another chance. The second visit they showed up with only two people after promising three. The third visit they only had one person available to clean my home and office. I cancelled the service and explained my dissatisfaction with the service and the change from three people to two people and then only one person.

The girls were prompt, courteous and professional. They told us that it would take 2.5 hours, and they finished in less time than that. They did a geeat job. However; the smells of the chemicals they used triggered a terrible 3 day migraine when we came home, I asked for green cleaning when I set up the service due to my disease making me super sensitive to chemicals., which is the reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars.
