Millie' s was quick to respond d to my Thumb Tack inquiry, and gave me an upfront quote for the HVAC repair we needed. It was significantly lower than our regular HVAC company had quoted. The came out quickly after we agreed to have them do the work -- the very next day, and did the repair within an hour.

I hired Troy to run wires for a new thermostat installation after we purchased a Nest Thermostat and wanted it installed on a different wall. Troy was professional, on-time, and installed the thermostat with no issues. I appreciated his work and would definitely hire him again in the future.

It was a pleasure having them around all morning as they worked on my boiler (which I had neglected) and radiators. Ray stopped by, the very day that I called him, to inspect my boiler. He was very honest , thorough and gave me great advice as to what I needed to do. After doing a very meticulous investigation into my issue he took the time to explain my options. Which I really appreciate because I had other technicians out who only looked at my boiler for about 15 minutes and then quoted me some outrageous estimate. Ray on the other hand spent some time understanding my boiler problem , gave me several options , his recommendation and priced out all of my options. In addition I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and personality . I would highly recommend Ray and I give him 5 stars.

In my opinion Kevin Creel is simply the contact you want to have for your HVAC issues. Tremendously impressed with him and his expertise. I request service on a Burnham boiler/furnace. I made contact with referral from Thumbtack. That gentleman started out well, explaining to me a CO problem that necessitated buying a brand new boiler. He also mentioned the part that was bad. He never suggested getting into the boiler to thoroughly clean it out of the rust and debris. Then when I was ready to purchase the part that he diagnosed as the issue he still attempted to move me to simply purchase a new boiler. I then called Mr. Creel at Climate Pro and explained my situation and that I did not want to get a new boiler. Mr. Creel explained what he could do and that he would come out. Mr. Creel looked at the boiler, explained to me in terms that I could understand and then proceeded to do what no other contractor was willing to do. He told me he believes that it would not be a problem to get the boiler up and running. The boiler had not been cleaned in many years. He explained to me that the cleaning he would do should take place every 3 or 4 years. Mr. Creel then removed the rusted top, exposing the inside of the boiler. He then explained to me that while the boiler is old and rusty it simply needs a thorough cleaning. He showed me how the rust was causing the CO problem in the area of the boiler and that the boiler needs to be cleaned out to allow the flames to go up in the boiler and the gas to go through the vent pipe. He brought in his tools and began to clean the entire inside of the boiler out and remove the rust and debris. He then put the boiler back together, he bled the radiators throughout the house, and then fired the boiler up and it works wonderfully! Mr. Creel then thoroughly cleaned up the area around the boiler! I could not be more impressed with his expertise, professionalism and honesty. I understand that contractors are in the business to make money but Mr. Creel's integrity does not allow him to take advantage of a customer who is at their wits end! Thank you Climate Pro! Thank you Kevin Creel! Continued business success and happy customers like me.

The company moved my boiler pipes in the basement to make way for a new exterior door. The work was fast and professional. The price was higher than I expected, however, multiple companies simply refused to do the job, at any price. The company coordinated with my remodelers, which was a great help. Again, many other HVAC companies I approached for an estimate told me that they just didn't do remodeling jobs, only repair and service. Overall, I'm glad I found David and ComfortFactor and I will keep them in mind for my future HVAC needs.

Steve and crew from Crowbar did AMAZING work in my nearly 200-year-old townhouse (a challenging space, to say the least). He installed crown moulding, replaced missing trim around a window to match the original and rehabbed and re-hung some old doors. He always presented cost-effective options and was meticulous about cleaning up after each day's work. He was reliable, communicative, and super friendly. I've already talked to him about the next big job I want him to do!

Kevin is very professional and thorough in his job. He has rescued me in many emergency situations this past year and I have been more than pleased. If you're looking for a competent expert in resolving boiler maintenance Kevin is the expert you need to get the job done. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. I trust his expertise and will recommend him for any and all boiler/furnace repairs. I am planning to have him revamp my outdated boiler to a high efficient, self-contained unit for my small apartment building in the near future. He has been the most reliable HVAC professional I have met in my years of owning rental property. Call Kevin and get the job done with excellence. He is honest and will work with your budget to get the job done. I am honored to recommend him.

Heat wouldn't come on. Repairman came over later on the same day (Friday) I had put in a request. After a thorough check of our Burnham gas boiler, during which he explained to me what he was doing, he found that there was a problem with the vent damper (which controlled the ignition) and that there was also hardly any pressure on the boiler. The fill valve was really old and had a missing part (was told these valves need to be replaced every couple years). I asked him if the vent damper had to be replaced, and since I'd been having trouble with it off and on in the past couple years, couldn't we just bypass it altogether? He consulted with his boss over the phone and told me that was indeed possible. After he was done with determining what the problems were with our system, he gave me the bill for the labor done that day but he said I didn't have to pay it that day. The following morning (Saturday) he called me back and gave me a detailed description of what needed to be done and what the replacement parts would cost. If I hired the company, the fee for his labor of the previous day would be waived. On Monday morning, two other repairmen from ACC&H came over and installed a new ignition control (goodbye pesky vent damper), a new fill valve along with a back flow preventer, and a 1/2 shark bite ball valve. They checked the pressure and bled all the radiators in the house. After the job was done, one of the repairman took the time to explain to me what they had done. Everything was done in a timely manner and for what seemed to me a reasonable price ($470 for parts and $385 for 4.5 hours of labor). Based on this experience, I heartily recommend Atlantic Coastal Cooling and Heating.
