Admittedly, our house was a mess after moving out! I got a fast response from LD with a quote and had a phone call to go over more in depth what I needed done. She went by the house and called me back with a more detailed list of what she could do. She was always on time to view the house and to do the cleaning. I didn't meet her in person until the job was done but she kept me up to date on her arrival and progress which shows how trust worthy she is! I asked that she let me know when she almost done so I could come do a walk through. This was the first time we'd met face to face. When I say the house was immaculate!!! I could not have asked for a better service. She did exactly what she listed, even sat things aside in a very organized fashion that she thought we might still need! This is by far the best cleaning service I've dealt with in the area!

I have purchased several devices and software from Damion as well as remote computer support. Customer Service is very important to me and Damion never disappoints! He took the time to compare and contrast all the different computers and software with me down to the internal memory! What really got me was he recommended a computer that he didn't even have at the time. Gratefully, He was able to get that device for me because I didn't want to give the sale to anyone else after the time he took with me. I purchased a laptop for my daughter and myself. My daughter some how messed up her computer by adding some malware or virus or something and Damion not only explained to me what it was just from the computer symptoms but was able to remotely fix it. He even patiently worked on my mother's computer several times after she has downloaded or messed something up thinking she is computer savvy. I am sorry for the length of this review but I believe Damion is worth it. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Starla helped administer the technical side of a large community message board. The board was vbulletin software, and she had to learn a few of the software's peculiarities on her own, and she did great. She used online references to figure out why certain problems were occurring and figured out how to fix them on her own. She has a high level of technical expertise and can perform custom installs, updates, custom coding and troubleshooting.
