I had them come out for a clogged kitchen sink drain (garbage disposal was clogged). They quickly reached out to schedule a free estimate. I had reached out 2 companies to compare prices but there quote seemed reasonable and the other other companh hadn't even responded yet so I went ahead and agreed to their proposal. They had one of their guys come out later that same day and he got it fixed for us in about an hour. Will be going with them for any future plumbing needs.

Highly recommend! Couldn’t use kitchen faucet (unattached from the water line) and plumbing underneath needed to be fixed so I heard of this app to find a plumber. With in minutes selecting K&Dee, I received a reply and was able to fix the problem same day! He explained what the problem was and the solution he was planning. Fixed the issue but found out the faucet was damaged and needed to be replaced, but they came back to install a new one couple days later no extra fee just, honest work! Would hire again 👍

What I thought would be a major snaking out of a kitchen drain was actually much more than that. Quantum responded promptly (same day of first contact) and investigated fully. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that the problem was discovered on Monday and nothing could be done until Saturday which took the entire day without plumbing at my house. That being said, I am satisfied with the fix, a future problem was headed off, everything was fully explained, clean-up was included and I believe the price was fair.

My kitchen sink started leaking all over in the cabinet below. I didn't know what was causing it. I submitted information on Thumbtack, not knowing who would get back to me being the holiday week. Bill called me within 5 minutes of the submission. He was at my house within 40 minutes. He diagnosed the issue quickly. We discussed the fix. He told me about pricing. It was definitely a good price for the new faucet and installation. He installed it the next day. He cleaned the sink and around the base of the faucet, under the sink, and cleaned up. He was very professional, friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I will definitely be hiring him for any future plumbing needs.
