Top Rated Metal Workers Around Ashburn, VA
Tim worked on various installations and assemblies, like assembling a stepping stool, wooden futon, and installing towel racks and curtain rods, etc. He is a hard worker and seems to have endless energy. I have been very happy with the above mentioned work, and found that he was willing to go the extra mile to deal with problems encountered along the way, e.g. a weird plastic piece appearing on what was supposed to be a bronze metal towel rack, so he did nifty things to hide the plastic. However, more recently, an assignment he had happily accepted--to build two side tables and a coat rack--had to be aborted. Unfortunately that was after lots and lots of time had passed, I wished he had called it off or not accepted the assignment in the first place unless he could see it through, so that I could have had the items done by someone else long ago, as I was desperate to get several home improvement things out of the way. The side tables--which are pretty--were done for the most part but not fully (I still need to find another woodworker to do the unfinished business) and the coat rack was not done at all. Somehow his heart was simply not in it anymore, but would have been better to just straightforwardly cancel a job rather than dragging things out. This is why I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars. He did feel bad about how things went with these three pieces and therefore didn't charge me for one of the side tables.
I had no clue on where to begin finding a good hardwood specialist when I located Manuel through thumbtack. I am so glad I found him. He was the consummate professional thorough the entire process including the estimate, material pick up, and installation. He and his co-worker showed up on time ready to work. The installation has was completely painless and he finished hours ahead of schedule. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I have no doubt I will be contacting him for my next project.

Kraftwerks repaired our standing seam tin roof and rebuilt and restored the slate roof on our 1840s spring house. They did a great job! The work was done in a timely fashion and the site thoroughly cleaned up once the project was finished. We highly recommend Kraftwerks!

My job as a metal welder is to help fellow lawn owners by supplying them with lawn mowers. One thing that makes my business stand out is the quality the workers put into their work. Also, the working area of the employees is very organized.
Nathan is amazing at his craft and continuously demonstrates the highest level of courtesy and professionalism! I highly recommend Nathan Pickett!
Most likely am passion for my work beyond making money .
I would highly recommend Mechanics on Wheelz for any of your mechanical needs. The supports on my mower deck needed welding. I was unable to remove the mower head, but not only did the mechanic do the welding he removed and replaced the deck. He was professional and very courteous. I check with several other welding companies and Mechanics on Wheelz had the best price. Definitely a five plus.
My passion is all things metal. My middle name is literally "Steel"!

I'm pretty picky about who I let work on my car. Charlie knows his welding, for sure. I had a job that turned out to be much more complex that originally thought. What was originally thought to be a simple steel automotive frame actually was a mix of metals (81 Delorean). Charlie knew from the way the weld wasn't taking what kind of metal it was, and what kind of rod he needed. He had everything in his truck. The job turned out super! We didn't agree on a price beforehand, just that we'd get in to the job and see what was involved. It took longer than thought and cost me less than I expected. Will absolutely use him for any other jobs in the future.
