Karen F. says, "We went to MX for a week for our daughter's wedding. Our dogs aren't the most social so my search for a house/pet sitter started 8 months earlier with little success....very stressful. Did I also mention the 18 year old cat! But then there was Jesse! He visited us a few times so the dogs could adjust to his presence. He was so calm and gentle with them, their reactivity lessened very quickly. He moved in to take care of them, fed them, walked them, cleaned up after the cat and sent videos and photos every day. He went above and beyond expectations, offering to drive us and pick us up at the airport...both trips in VERY early morning hours. Two days before our return there was a big issue with our garage door. He handled the entire situation calling the repair service on a label by the garage light, scheduled the work, and even paid the bill. Of course we reimbursed him but that was so unexpected and appreciated. When we got back home, the house was in pristine condition, even washed all of the linens but most importantly, our dogs were so happy. We could tell they made a new life long friend in Jesse! For our dogs, that was huge! I cannot recommend Jesse strongly enough. We will continue to use his services in the future...such a great experience for all of us. He is worth his fee down to the last cent!"See more

Starting with the responsiveness and communication, since the very first time we spoke I my husband and I felt confident of their skills. Our dog “Hunter” is a pretty large chocolate Lab and he is one of the most energetic and renegade dogs we have seen. Before his training he would not listen to anyone but my husband. He thought he was the only with authority to do anything he would like around the house. For me it was imposible to even take him out for a walk without getting dragged through the streets. He would try to go to other dogs and people in the streets. After 2 weeks of training these guys turned around Hunters behavior tremendously. I can now walk him, he follows commands, and even his behavior around the house improved. We are very happy with the new version of our companion. We will continue training Hunter with you guys, we have definitely seen a night and day change. Thanks for your availability, communication, and professionalism. It is not hard to let our partner go with anyone else other than us. However, we know you all took good care of him."See more
