"On August 8, I wrote B&B Upholstery, letting Mr. kim know that I was not satisfied with the upholstery job done on the six Louis XV style dining chairs, I was appalled by the lack of care and the destruction of my chairs. In all of them, the nails are coming through the wood and the wood is split or broken. I attached pictures of their work.
Mr. Kim politely responded and let me know they would come and pick up the chairs and do the proper repairs. Almost two months later, the chairs are still damaged and I am still waiting for my last communication to be answered. I want them to repair the damage done to my antique chairs.
I trusted that they were highly rated only to be disappointed, their work is not good."
