He removed a defective hot water shutoff valve under the kitchen sink. soldered new one on place and cleaned area afterwards. Supplied an extra handle for cold water valve that did not have one. All in all, one of the best plumber experiences we've had. Recommend!"See more

He was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way to make it happen. He was professional, polite, quick, and thorough. When we discovered the dishwasher had the wrong connection, Jimmy was able to find a successful workaround to get it installed and running. Scheduling an appointment was very easy, and he was willing to work around my availability. He arrived this morning during the time window we discussed, despite hitting heavy traffic. He gave me a fair and reasonable estimate and got right to work. He fixed a persistent leak under a bathroom sink, replaced a tub faucet and fixed leaking shower head, he replaced a kitchen sink faucet assembly, snaked/cleaned a toilet, and lowered the drain output for our washer drain tube. Aleks is very communicative, works hard, is efficient, and he’s fair and honest. Others would have overcharged me for the work that was done or dragged it out to run up the clock for their hourly rate. We agreed on a flat rate for all the work, and I am very pleased with the results. I plan on utilizing Aleks’ services again for future projects. Definitely worth checking out!"See more

After several days of rain in NYC, our backyard couldn’t take anymore water and our basement flooded. Water poured from the walls. I desperately reached out to several people on the app and Frank called me in less than 5 minutes, I didn’t expect anyone to call me as I assumed everyone was in a similar position and these experts were busy. He had a few jobs ahead of mine but said he’d come by at 3pm. Thankfully, Frank showed up at 1p which was perfect timing because my partner was treading water on his own and was losing his mind. Frank, with the calmest composure directed the water into our sump pump and without hesitation began to do what he does best, bring order to chaos. Without him, we would’ve drown, literally. Not only did he help temporarily relieve us but advised on a more permanent solution and even took my partner to the nearest Home Depot to get what we needed. In a time of need, Frank not only helped us with his knowledge, but extended himself with transportation to/from Home Depot and didn’t take advantage of us on cost. Whatever he charges, he’s worth it and honestly, can beat any other price you’ve been given. Certainly a saved number for future and easily recommended to anyone in need.
