Real Property Management Pros and Chuck Adcox has been and is a pleasure to work with in providing a tenant for my Townhouse. Chuck Adcox was referred to me by a friend who used him to rent a townhouse. Chuck efficiently explained the details of the management company and marketed the rental which allowed placing a highly qualified tenant within a short period of time into my town house. This removed the anxiety of finding a tenant as I was building a new home to occupy. Chuck has always replied in a timely manner. I expect the same excellent service during the term of the lease.

I hired them to manage a house rental while living overseas. They did not charge the high fees charged by realtors but found a renter promptly. They took care of all details in an efficient manner and responded quickly to any questions I had. When the first renter broke the lease, they found a new renter within a week. When a few repairs had to be made, I was worried about being overcharged by expensive contractors, but the property manager kept costs low and reasonable. Highly recommend!

Bill was very easy to work with and did a great job fixing a leaking sink in my rental home. He kept me informed during the service and even sent me a picture of the problem. His rates are terrific and I would definitely recommend him to others. I am so happy to finally find a handyman that I can call when my tenant has a problem. I required a good property manager in a short period of time for my property however it is usually a challenge for me to find the services I require as I'm highly selective. I was able to choose Mars Hill Realty based on the level of detail of services they provided particularly when it came to the marketing. Edward is very detailed oriented and a true professional. He really took the time to explain the Mars Hill rental process to me which made me feel like a special client and not just a number.
