Planning and Coordination We offer a variety of planning packages, from full planning to partial planning and day-of coordination only. Our day-of coordination package normally includes two days of coordinators to oversee and coordinate your big day. Why two? We have found that with larger wedding parties, ceremonies, and receptions being in two different locations, it's hard for one of use to be in both places to assure all go according to plan. The second coordinator normally stays at the reception site to receive vendors and supervise vendors while the first one, me, is at the ceremony. Or, if the party is huge and I've done some large ones, it takes two to get everyone down the aisle on time. Don't you need the second coordinator due to size and/or venue selection? We will reduce the rate accordingly. Our full and partial packages both include the day-of coordination services. The only difference between the two is that the partial package assumes you have already booked your ceremony and reception venues. If not, then the full package will prevail as we help you find your venue, tour them with you if you wish, and help in the negotiation of the contract. We charge the following: * Gold Plus Package with day-of coordination start at $650 * Platinum Package with partial coordination start at $1000 * Diamond Package with full coordination start at $1500. What makes the pricing go from the base pricing? Typically there are a few things that affect pricing: 1) Whether your wedding is in two locations (i.e., church and reception venue) 2) The size of your wedding party may raise the cost a bit. 3) Definitely the size of your guest list or projected attendance. Linen and Chair Sash Rental Our pricing for ivory, white, or black chair covers are the same at $3.00 each, and the pricing for sashes depends on the material and range from $2.00 to $3.50 each. If you want us to "tie the knot" for you, add $1.00 each sash. We offer a variety of table runners at $10.00 per runner as well as a variety of overlays and table cloths geared to your specific needs. Centerpiece Rentals Why purchase all those centerpiece items when you can rent them from us? We offer several different options for the budget-conscious bride. What will you do with all those extra items after the wedding? Do they take up space? No? Rent from us. When most 24-inch vase centerpieces with fresh flowers cost $125 or more for each centerpiece, we can work out a rental arrangement for the vases, mirrors, etc., and you will be able to keep the live flowers after the wedding to enjoy.
