- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want to be fair about my pricing...I try to charge anywhere from 10-20 an hour for my services...As for replacing parts...I charge cost plus 10% to recover the cost of my gas to get the parts needed to complete repairs. Unless payments are handled through this website, I can accept credit cards and payments through Paypal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I will honestly say I have not continued any education, but I did take a study course for the Comptia A+ and Network+ courses...No I did not take the tests. The classes were held as a special..The tests are extra. But I eventually want to become certified in both.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been involved with computers for a very long time...since 8 years old..I think. My first computer was a Commodore Vic-20. I learned how to write programs with that...Then came school and college. I hold an Associates in Applied Science for Computer Information Systems.
