Daniel and his crew were great on the deck, but very poor on the roof and follow-up. The new roof leaked immediately when we had all the rain. I contacted Daniel several times, but he never came out and never finished the skirting on my deck. I am very disappointed in Daniel and KC Modern Renovations as I though they did a great job on the structure of the deck. I would not recommend this company at all!!
