- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$60 per lesson and $5 in gas if I come to you. So lessons usually take 45minutes to 1 hour and a half. Can take cash or debit/credit card. Special trips pertaining to lessons would be partial payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know everything about them first. Their music style, learning their goals and then help them achieve those goals. Students will then perform what they learned. Whether it is a solo, duet, trio, or quartet. Taking special trips to concerts pertaining to the lessons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had 4 years of Private lessons from UMKC and 13 years experience in stringed instruments and so I apply everything that I've learned to my teaching and how I learned before lessons. Attending UMKC to obtain a degree in Music Education.
