About
Most work is completed within 24 hours of receiving a service call. If parts have to be ordered the job is typically completed in a week or less time. Some technicians take weeks or even months to a complete a job. I like being able to directly interact with customers on a day to day basis. I quickly get feedback and the customer gets much faster service than she otherwise would doing everything online or through a big box retailer.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

General computer repair is hourly at $60. Tutorials/educational support is available for an hourly rate of half the normal rate, or $30/hour. This includes anything like "how to use a computer" or "how to use a piece of software" for instance. Basically anything that you'd be able to do during a tutoring session is half price since it's far less labor intensive and requires much less work.
