- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We seek to be incredibly simple when it comes to pricing. We have three different walk lengths, priced at $15, $22 or $32 each, and we never charge extra for additional pets. We do have an additional fee on major holidays in order to fairly compensate staff, but otherwise you'll never be surprised by any add-on fees. Need to cancel a walk on short notice? No problem! Simply let us know before 6am on the day of service and you'll be credited for a free service the following month.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
WAGS offers Dog Walking, Pet Sitting, and Overnight Sleepover Service. Our dog walks are offered in three sizes: 20 minuets, 35 minuets and 60 minuets. The majority of our clients, especially those who work long hours and want their pup to be able to stretch their legs during the afternoon, opt for the 20 minuet visit. Priced at $15, our 20 minuet visit is a great value and gives dogs the perfect amount of time outside.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Not all dog walkers or pet sitters are created equal! In order to be best-protected, be sure that you're hiring a service that's fully bonded and insured, performs background checks on their entire staff, and regularly supports ongoing staff education, such as Pet First Aid and CPR.
