I always am continuing education through classes and training every year to keep up with all trends
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my business when my sister got married. We were all over the place, some at a salon, some at the house, we were almost late to the wedding. I knew as a licensed professional I could offer a service to where I come to the bride and make the day of experience so much better, go smoother, and be overall more enjoyable for everyone.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Do your homework. It's not always about going to the fanciest or most expensive salon in town. Its about connecting with your stylist. You need to have good communication to learn to trust that they are providing you with the services that are best for you. Sometimes its about what she can do for you not the fancy location :)
