FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary for hair and makeup If it's more than one look it'll be an extra fee I don't do just eyes, or just brows. A Full Face includes: Eyebrows shaped up, concealer, highlight, contour, lashes, or mascara, foundation, eyeshadow, lip gloss, lip stick, and setting spray or setting powder. All applications are optional. For example you don't have to get any highlight or contour, if not preferred. Hair is optional with service, but it is an added fee. I can do braids, fishtail braids, updos, curls, waterfall braids, blow outs, roller sets, pancake braids, clip in extensions, half-up-half down updos, full sew ins, half sew ins, relaxers, perms (however if you are getting a relaxer or perm you need to provide the material for the application).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*Confirm the date and time of the Event. *Ask my client(s) to send me concept photos of hair or makeup so I can get a better idea of what look they're going for. *If my client(s) want a pre-trial I will arrange for that to be setup. *If I am hired I will then ask important questions about my client(s) skin type, hair type and if they have any allergies. *Near the event date I will confirm again, I don't charge any deposit fees *On the initial date I will arrive early with my assistant to begin the service.
