Despite being a very new personal trainer, Jude is able to both inspire and educate each of this clients based on their specific health and wellness needs. He’s knowledgeable and informative on the impact of each kind of exercises work on different muscle groups, nutritional advice for long lasting energy, and most importantly, a consistent guide and friend along any health journey.

Jude is the definition of a pro.
He is detail oriented for getting maximum tension with each exercise. He also pushes you to your max on every brunout set/dropset. Behind the scenes he is crafty with creating nutrition goals and targeted exercises depending on your progress.
He is purely client first and results focused. He will take extra time that is not required to ensure your success. He has a heart for helping people achieve their goals in the gym, and he will not stop until he gets you there.

Lifted a couple times with Jude. Flat out the best workouts I have ever done. Jude pushes you past what you think your limits are and can coach you to ensure you do it right. He made it an environment that makes going to the gym and wanting to see results easier.
