The technician was excellent. They actually replied in the middle of the night for a plumbing emergency as my floor drain began to backup. They were on time in the morning, super friendly, and knowledgeable. The tech shared a ton of tips also in helping to keep my drains clear.

He used the camera to go out 100 ft on our main line to ensure there were no issues that needed correcting. I'll be saving your information in my phone for my next plumbing need..

Alphonse arrive on time and was polite, professional and most importantly very kind and patient answering questions my wife had. Gave me a quote which I accepted and he promptly went to work installing two bathroom faucets. He first had to uninstall existing faucets and the installed the new. He worked continuously till finished and when my wife and I went to view when he was done the new faucets looked great! And you couldn't even tell he'd done any work. Not a shred of any materials or waste in sight! His price was very reasonable and we were very pleased with the work performed. In fact, he gave a quote on another job and are looking forward to that project being done. Definitely recommend Razo Plumbing! He's a good example of a guy with a small shop doing a great job for a fair price.
