I have been catering and meal prepping for 15 years. I owned a large meal prep company based in Kansas City and currently run a small (its just me) catering service. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All caterings are custom. So all pricing is custom. We can do anything you want. I have low overhead because I also do meal prep, so Catering or private chef events are not the only source of revenue. I am happy to just make you happy.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen, ask relevant questions and over deliver. I am pretty responsive. I am not a procrastinator. So expect to hear back real soon.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Communications, AS in Culinary Arts. I have ran large food manufacturing company shipping food across the country. I have done large festivals, small weddings, and everything in between.
