I use a functional movement screening process which looks at movement patterns and identifies functional limitations and asymmetries. The functional movement screen generates a score that I use to target problems and track progress.
Functional training focuses on multijoint movements that improve a person's ability to complete daily activities or achieve specific goals. Functional movements train and develop muscles to make it easier to perform everyday tasks, whether you are at home, work or sports.

I have been working with Jeff for 3 weeks. I contracted him as a personal trainer and he has exceeded my expectations. The first time we met he pointed out some strength deficits I was not even aware of and has been working with me to improve those. He adjusts the workouts to my needs each week and always encouraging. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking into a personal trainer.
