FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with the assumption that these types of services are brand new to my clients. I ask what is important to them and do my best to meet those needs. If there are limitations, I always mention them up front. I feel that's only fair. Sometimes, location, facilities, age of attendees, etc. impact what we're able to do. Once we book, I make sure to get a final street address for the event and an emergency contact number. Beyond that, we're pretty low maintenance. We show up a bit early based on set up needs and get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from an art family, so largely family/self taught. That said, two of my team are professional art teachers and the third has received formal makeup artistry training... so we're pretty solid from a skills perspective. The other advantage we bring to the table is that we can "think art" so can adapt on the fly if needed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Wow... about every type you can think of. I honestly can't think of a demographic we haven't covered. :) I've done lots of work with kids at churches, schools, private parties. Adults ranging from music festival attendees, to bikers, to universities, to senior citizens at retirement communities.
