Hired Dugan Brothers Decking to redo my back porch and cannot recommend them enough. Cole came out and discussed the project with me and provided great feedback and ideas and then provided an excellent price. I had a pretty strict schedule on when I needed it completed and Cole was able to fit me into their busy schedule and got it done. 5 stars is not enough!

Dugan Brothers decking recently completed a deck leveling project for me, and they did a great job. Everything about the project, from initial contact, site visit, estimate, scheduling, and completion of work was great. I will use them again soon for a similar project on my front porch area. We cannot say enough, amazing things about Cole and his design and workmanship on our new deck. From the first time talking on the phone and discussing our envisioned plan, to after the project was completed and his willingness to come back for a minor addition, we have been floored by his talent and work. The first phone call when I explained a very vague idea of what we were envisioning, he had a full mock up for us that week after seeing the house one time. He was able to take my husbands and my different ideas and incorporate them into exactly what we wanted. We had small things that were big asks, such as making the underneath waterproof, adding under storage, and working around a return vent on the side of the house. We would recommend Cole to everyone for deck work, fence work, and any other projects that you are needing!

Cole Dugan was very professional at each stage of our deck project. He arrived exactly as scheduled, provided the estimate and contract timely, and accommodated our request to apply stain by hand brush versus sprayer. He replaced wood, cleaned and restained the rest without any issues. He was very knowledgeable and communicated excellently in native English.
The price was very competitive.
We are pleased with the finished project and would hire this company again. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge for onsite estimates to ensure that we can be competitive. Believe it or not but we get billed just for the opportunity to talk to you regardless of if we get the project. Once you reach out we will expect the opportunity to preform an estimate and will bill you for this.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will come out and inspect the job site to make sure this is a good fit for us. Then we will go through the following.
1) Quote the job
2) Draft up a contract
3) Take a deposit and place material order
4) Schedule job
5) Get working!
This is a pain free process that can easily be completed within a couple weeks depending on availability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in cabinet shops for years and where I gained most of my woodworking knowledge. Along with years of casual woodworking and framing we are very capable of making your deck look great!
