FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My cost is a low because I have low overhead, and my price can be customized to suit you depending on your goals. If you are only needing a quick bit of help, great, you will find my price quite fair and if you have multiple jobs or want regular help a quick call to discuss your needs and you can get a great deal on the creative work you need and realize that I am a one stop shop for most online needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
By text, email or phone conversation I generally define the job, discuss the cost and begin the work. I respect the clients individual needs and will involve them as much or as little as they wish. My clients give me great reviews and enjoy the process because I have been in their position and understand the frustration of getting this work done right and with someone like me, who can communicate on their level and who is empathetic to their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From the beginning, I was doing both websites and video content, so I continue to do both for my clients. I worked in the broadcast industry and started early in the internet and social media space. I was designing with a team of web developers offering music streaming and website services before most had been created because our radio stations needed a way to stream. Plus, as a radio/TV producer and as talent & creative designer I worked with all the major record labels and freelanced to produced audio, video, digital and print marketing for all size budgets for network and local.
