First I will begin with the positive...I purchased the holiday package for my family last year. Service and the driver was great! Fast forward to this year, as I tried to book early for another holiday tour. I've called to book a time to no avail! Initially I was on the phone long periods of time. After waiting on hold, I was prompted to leave a message sometime last week. So far, I have NOT received a call back! Just can't imagine doing business this way! Reckon I'll look for another business who offers this service for a holiday tour!

I've used other car services in the past and Crown Limo is by far the best. They are professional, on time, and extremely diligent with their communication. The customer knows the day before pick up who their driver will be, the driver's cell # and the number to dispatch. I would highly recommend them to others.
